Theodore “Terry” Runge, 85, passed away September 23, surrounded by his loving family, He was preceded in death by his loving parents, Theodore and Lillian (nee Malish) Runge. Beloved husband of Marie (nee Bertucci); loving father of Brandon (Tabitha) Runge, Mark (Amy) Runge and Jeff (Brenda) Runge; devoted grandfather of Job, Noah, Jordan and Jenna.

Terry loved his family above everything and would do whatever he could to make them happy and see them smile. He loved spending time with them, whether it was going out to share a meal, traveling for vacation, or just sitting on the patio conversing. Some of his fondest memories were spending the winter months in Florida with his family. He loved the time down there which led him to becoming a snowbird for many years and making many new friends that he spoke to every day.

After retiring, Terry enjoyed new hobbies and loved nothing more than taking care of his pool and cooking. He would constantly be working to make the water crystal clear and the perfect temperature for his family to enjoy. In between working on the pool, he loved to grill and cook, always trying new recipes, some of which only the neighborhood wildlife enjoyed. He never got discouraged and continued trying new things, which became family favorites through the years.

He will be missed by many and remain in our hearts forever.
