Beloved husband of Lidia (nee Fiallo); loving father of Angel Arellano and Emma Bueno; devoted grandfather of Cristina and Alexsandro Bueno; dearest brother of Lilia Ulloa; dear uncle of Marcelo, Guisela, Marlene and Norma Ulloa. Vicente was a parishioner at Divine Savior Church and enjoyed playing the guitar.  Memorial Mass will be held at Divine Savior Church in Downers Grove, IL. , date and time time be announced.
