Thomas J “Tom” Mucha of Westmont, IL passed away at 9:15 pm on Tuesday, December 29, 2020.  Tom was born in Chicago, IL to John A. and Katherine Mucha. He was preceded in death by his parents.   Surviving are his wife Linda L. and sons John T. (Laura) and Andrew C.  Cremation rites have been accorded through Cappetta’s West Suburban Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Westmont, IL.  Memorials can be made to St. Thomas Hospice.
