Robert C. “Bob” Barber, age 95, at rest January 7, 2018 at Tabor Hills Healthcare in Naperville, IL. Born December 28, 1922 in Chicago, IL to John and Sarah Barber. Preceded in death by his brothers John (Florie) Barber and William (Micky) Barber and his sisters Bella (Russ) Glines and Mabel (Art) Herzog. He was the feisty uncle of many  and a good friend and former husband to Lois Barber. Bob served proudly in the United States Coast Guard during World War II and often spoke of his experiences.
