Jolanta Konik (nee Gacek), age 55, of Chicago, IL, at rest peacefully in her sleep, on October 12, 2022.  Born in Poland in 1967, she moved to America to create an extraordinary life at the age of 18. She is survived by her two daughters Kasia (Justin) Folts and Carolina (Tyler Bell) Blazkow, one brother Peter (Maria) Gacek and one nephew Paul (Kasia) Gacek. Funeral Services will be held Saturday December 10, 2022 at 11 A.M. at the interment chapel of  Resurrection Cemetery 7201 Archer Rd., Justice. Family and friends are asked to meet at the cemetery office for 10:45 A.M., where we will then be escorted to the interment chapel.
