Beloved husband of the late Dolores; loving father of James (Laura) Francisco, Stephen (Luana) Francisco and Kathleen (Phil) Outzen; devoted grandfather of 10, great grandfather of 12. Jimmy was my big brother and a mighty fine big brother he was. When young and all of us were living together, he fulfilled the protector and comforter and helper roles. When grown up, he continued to be my “rock” and he and Dolores were always there for us. Jimmy was a kind man and I remember what a sharp dresser he was and how his dry wit made us laugh and be happy. I really miss knowing he isn’t physically around now. He was a mighty fine big brother.
