Michael Gregory Cyza, born July 29 1967, beloved son, brother, uncle and great-uncle, passed away peacefully, leaving a family who loved him dearly and will miss him deeply.

Michael is survived by his mother Anna Cyza; his sisters, Dawn (Tim) Pisarski, Sheri (John) Kumor and Christine (Sam) Mead.

He was preceded in death by his father, Gregory Cyza.

Michael will be lovingly remembered by his nieces and nephews; Lauren, Jason (Julianna), Timmy Pisarski, Samantha (Robert) Euliano and Nicole Mead. H was also a proud great uncle to Jason and Julianna’s 8 month old son, J.J.

Though Michael is no longer with us, he will remain forever loved and never forgotten. His memory will live on in the hearts of his family and all those fortunate enough to know him.

Interment private.
