Sandra L. Williams, 76 years old, of Downers Grove passed away on Wednesday August 20, 2025.  She was preceded by her husband Michael Williams.  Beloved daughter to the late Casmir Blaszak and Beth (Baxter) Blaszak.  Dedicated mother to Laura L (Ross) Taylor and Louis C. Berardi.  Cherished sister of the late Susan Green.  Proud grandparent of Jacob Nelms (Deanna) and Joshua Taylor and great grandchildren Grayson Nelms and Remi Nelms.  Proud aunt to Beth Ann Gobeli.   Dear cousin of William Baxter and the late Laura Zapka.

Sandra grew up in Chicago and was the secretary to the President of the American Dental Association during her career.  She enjoyed bowling every week with her team and had a really great and active life at one point.  Towards the end she had dementia and that sadly puts you in a different place in life.  May you rest in peace Sandy.  You had so many people that loved you.

Visitation services will be from 4:00pm to 8:00pm on Sunday, August 24, 2025 at Cappetta’s West Suburban Funeral Home, 4920 Main St. Downers Grove, IL 60515. Chapel Services are to commence at 7:00pm.  Entombment will be private at Resurrection Cemetery and Mausoleum Justice, IL .
