Cindy, Caitlin, Bill and Bobby,
I am so sorry to hear about Rob’s passing! Rob taught me how to play baseball when we lived in Chicago and I remember staying with Rob and Cindy at his Grandma Wilma’s funeral. May God give you an abundance of peace and love during this hard time.
Thanks so much🙏🏻
My memories of Rob are from our childhood. Bobbie and Bill opened their hearts and home to my sister, Kris and I, along with many other kids in the neighborhood. Rob and I were so competitive be it baseball, football or basketball. Always challenging each other. We caught lightening bugs, jumped in leaves, played red rover, watched Cubs games, sat on Uncle Steve and Aunt Glenna’s porch, swam in my pool, went to vacation bible school, sledding at Summit Park hill, Church Camp, and walking to the store for candy. [ Plus many more wonderful memories]
Rob reached out to My sister and I a year ago. We reconnected via Facebook and Messenger, caught up on the past years, shared pictures of our families , and talked of getting together and meeting one anothers family. Unfortunately, that never happened, I can not tell you how much I wish it had.
Rob, although I know you are in a better place, I cannot help but feel you left this world too soon. Good bye, my friend.
Thanks so much🙏🏻
Sending out prayers to you and your daughter.
Thanks so much🙏🏻
