Patricia Ruback (nee Porcello), 83, longtime resident of Chicago, at rest July 15, 2024. Born October 3, 1940 in Chicago, IL to Sam and Theresa Porcello. Beloved wife of Howard, loving mother of  James (Lynn) Prerost, Michael (Robin) Ruback, Jeffrey (Kathy) Ruback, Aileen (Randall) Newald, Howard (Christine) Ruback, Angela (Michael) Blomberg and the late Anthony Prerost; devoted grandmother of Laura, Lindsay, David, Benjamin, Geren, Michael, Thomas, Lisa, Jason, Ashley, Noah, Scott, Maureen, Karl, Anthony and Katie; great grandmother of Zoe, Caleb, Greyson, Aviendha, Laichlan, Terra and Nolan; dearest aunt of Joseph (Judy), Theresa (Karl), Sam (Jan), Don (Jini) and many great nieces and nephews.  Patricia was an avid reader and had a great sense of humor. Above all Patricia was extremely devoted to God first and then to her family, especially to her grandchildren, whom she enjoyed playing games with.  Visitation Saturday July 20, 2024 from 10-12 P.M. at Linhart Funeral Home 6820 Cermak Rd Berwyn with Funeral Services to follow at 12 P.M. at the funeral home.
