Kenneth Thomas Homer Jr of Lyons Illinois went home to our Lord on Friday January 17th 2025.

Kenneth was born in Chicago Illinois on November 11th 1954, to Kenneth and Florence Homer of Chicago Illinois.

He had three siblings, a brother Dave Homer, and two sisters Pam and Sandy Homer.

Kenneth was survived by his beloved wife Darlene Homer also of Lyons Illinois. Two sons Kenneth Homer the 3rd of Indiana, and Thomas(Beth) Hobbs of Pinkneyville Illinois. Kenneth leaves behind 3 grandsons Kj Homer of Indiana, Jake Berry of Carlyle Illinois and Thomas(Autumn) Hobbs of Salem Illinois. He also had three granddaughters Peyton(Dalton) Burchett of French Village Missouri, Caitlyn(Khalid) Bin Walee of Rockford Illinois, and Chyna(Quan) Hobbs of Lyons Illinois. In addition to 8 great grandchildren who he absolutely adored!

Kenneth also leaves behind a brother in law Chris(Becky) Talles of Lyons Illinois and many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, and many friends who have become family over the years who will greatly miss his joyful smile, and big heart!
