John E. Rohan Sr., 90, longtime resident of Clarendon Hills, at rest February 17, 2022. Beloved father of Deborah (Dave) Sobottke and John Jr.; loving grandfather of John and Marissa Rohan; dearest brother of Mildred Kipp; former husband of Wilma. John proudly served his country in the United States Air Force during the Korean Conflict. He retired from General Motors as a pattern maker in 1986 after 30 years of service and was the former Assistant Fire Chief in Clarendon Hills for 42 years. John enjoyed boating, snowmobiling, golfing but most of all he was an avid collector.
