Beloved husband of Madonna “Donna” (nee Toney); loving father of Karen Kolbusz nee O’Keefe (Jim Rehfeld), Maryellen O’Keefe (Randy)  Smith, Sheila (Niall) Byrne, James (Laura) O’Keefe; devoted poppy “papa” of Lauren (Jeff Graves) Kolbusz, Brandon Byrne, Jameson O’ Keefe, Bradley and Alison Smith; dearest brother of William O’Keefe and the late Paul Jr. O’Keefe and JoEllen Bearley (nee O’Keefe); dear uncle of Bill O’Keefe and Cathleen nee Bearley (Paul) Gonley; great-uncle of Ian. Jim was extremely devoted to his wife, children and grandchildren. He was a member of Knights of Columbus Assumption Council #3671.
