Jack was the best and a true friend. I was hoping to see him this summer at the reunion. Loved him and his family growing up in Rochelle. Rest in peace big fella. Life is truly too short.
Our deepest condolences to the family. Truely a pleasure to have known Jack. He was a good friend and a well trusted advisor. He and his family will be in our prayers.
My deepest condolences to the entire family. Jack was a true man of honor! He loved his family and was always sharing their life adventures. He always had a smile, kind word, and firm handshake or hug. I am so saddened by his passing but so happy that I knew him!
We are very sorry to hear of our Brother Knight Jack’s departure to meet our Lord
Jack is one of the kindest, most caring people I have ever known. I say “is” because I am sure he is alive with the Lord now!
I was so heartbroken to hear of Jack’s passing. Jack hired me at Roadway Express as a part time clerk when I was a senior in high school. I learned so much from working with him and we always enjoyed our time together. When the Bulls were playing we would listen to every game while we worked. This was back in the Michael Jordan days so we were very serious about our basketball. I will always have fond memories of him and he will be greatly missed. My thoughts go out to his family and friends.
The Field Management Team at the Knights of Columbus sends our heartfelt condolences on the loss of Brother Knight Jack Springmire. We are grateful for Jack’s loyal and dedicated 17 years of service as a Knights of Columbus Field Agent. To Jack’s family and friends, we pray you are able to find peace in these difficult times knowing that Jack has been called home to our Lord.
“Jesus said to her, ‘I am the resurrection and the life. Whoever believes in me, though he die, yet shall he live, and everyone who lives and believes in me shall never die.'” John 11:25-26

Jack, you were the epitome of what a Knight, a friend, and a Catholic man should be. The boys at Father Perez Council 1444 are so thankful for your contributions throughout the years, it was surpassed only by your friendship. God bless you my friend, until we meet again…
