Ricky Gonzalez, 47, of Chicago and Downers Grove, at rest May 31, 2025. Beloved husband of Jennifer (nee Piotrowski); loving father of Dominick and Victor Gonzalez; cherished son of Nacho (Cathy) Gonzalez and Yvonne Droba; dearest brother of Melissa (Tommy) Corcoran, Samantha (Brian) Aycock and Alex (Matthew) Gonzalez; dear nephew of Carmen (Mike) Maleck and many others, fond cousin of Lisa, Tony, Mikey, Nicky and many others. Ricky had a wonderful sense of humor and was determined and driven with a strong work ethic. He graduated from Downers North High School, where he played football. Ricky was proud of his career in plumbing but he was even prouder of his sons.
