Beloved husband of Carol (nee Butler); loving father of Samantha and LeeAnn Buck and Tracie Morris; devoted grandfather of Evie Shutts and Glenda Morris; dearest brother of Steven (Janet) Buck and Sherry (Eric Bly) Talley; dear son-in-law of Helga (the late Frank) Butler; fond uncle of J.T. (Deanna Otten) Talley, Michelle (Kevin) Caswell, Dan (Xochitl) Talley, Nick (Lyn) Talley, Sean (Emily) Buck, Anthony (Ashley) Garcia and Nick (Katie Camis) Garcia;  great uncle of Mason, Colin and Beverly Caswell, Noah, Arabella and Nadine Talley. Devin was a member of Pheasants Forever. He enjoyed pheasant hunting, fishing, camping, traveling, golfing and most of all his family.
