David Rodriguez, 90, of Westmont, formerly of the Chicagoland area, at rest February 17, 2026. Beloved husband of Maria (nee Sanchez); loving father of Martha (Ayoub) Zarkhah, Norma (Rachid) Belbachir and the late Rene Rodriguez; devoted grandfather of Araz (Elaine) Zarkhah, Dr. Ayden Zarkhah, Ian and Einar Rodriguez; dearest great grandfather of  3; dear brother of Mario and Heriberto; fond uncle of many nieces and nephews. David was extremely socialable, he was a survivor – not afraid to take chances in life. He was an avid learner and enjoyed working with his hands. His hobbies included photography and dance.
