Beloved husband of Maria; loving father of Gary (Mandy), Brian (Meghan), Christopher, Adriana, Katherine and Joshua Witthoeft; devoted grandfather of Caleb, Elise, Carter, Pierce, Jocelyn, Elliott and Beckett; dearest brother of Steven (Diane), Hal (Tanzie), Craig, Mark and the late Judy (Ed) Schultz; fond uncle of nieces and nephews. Dave owned and operated Burrito Paradise in Darien. He enjoyed watching sports, being with his family and friends and going to church. Dave also was fond of visiting the beach, playing the slots and lottery and going to see live bands.
