Daniel J. Szczepanik Sr., 62, of Lombard, passed away peacefully on October 7, 2025.
Beloved father of Daniel Jr. and Hannah Szczepanik, who were the greatest joys of his life. Cherished brother of David, Carol, Jeannie, and Bill, and the late Joe. Loving uncle to many nieces and nephews who adored his humor and kindness.
Dan found joy in simple moments. spending time fishing by the water, sharing laughter at the bowling alley, listening to his favorite bands like Led Zeppelin and Pink Floyd, and being surrounded by family and friends. He will be remembered for his generous heart, easy smile, and the love he gave so freely to those around him.
