Although he was a man of few words, Tony’s presence was felt the moment he walked in the room. He had a tough exterior, but was a compassionate and loving soul. His favorite activities in life included coaching his son in baseball, cheering on his daughters’ gymnastics and volleyball matches, spending an evening at the movie theater, golfing with friends, and of course, a good slice of pizza.
Tony took pride in the finer things in life, including the clothes he dressed in and the watches he wore. He also enjoyed the simpler things in life, such as shopping at Costco, driving to no where in particular in his car, and his love for dogs, especially Gia.
His love for music could not be more different, spanning from The Bee Gees, to “Who Let the Dogs Out”, to “Somewhere Over The Rainbow”, to the National Anthem (which he always fought back tears listening to).
Tony cherished his time with his grandsons, Luca, Marco, Dante and Elio, showing them it’s okay to be silly and to enjoy the good (and the bad) of what life brings.
Tony will be remembered for his passion in life, his witty jokes, and his love for his family – Cindy, Anthony, Nicolette, and Krista.
