Survived by grandparents Rick and Jan Martin; Mike and Kristi Butkus; aunts, Laura and Katie Martin and Lauren Butkus; uncle Johnny Butkus and great grandparents; Ron and Pat Butkus, Art and Judy Carlson, Margaret Martin and Mildred Crum.
