Ralph P. Garvey, 78, of Western Springs, at rest, suddenly, January 5, 2022. Born April 16, 1943 in Atchison, Kansas to John and Mary Margaret Garvey. Beloved husband of the late Geraldine “Geri”; loving father of Ralph II “Rocky” (Erica) Garvey; devoted grandfather of Levi, Amelia and Piper; dearest brother of David (Karen), Rich (Marianne), Rob (the late Ellen), Marypat (Dick) Logsdon and the late Jimmy Garvey; fond uncle of many nieces and nephews and his faithful Westie Terrier, Willie. Ralph greatly enjoyed his many friendships, especially those down at the “V” in Lemont. He was very charismatic and will always be remembered for his generosity. Ralph enjoyed golfing and had a longtime love of convertibles. A Celebration of Ralph’s Life will be held on April 16, 2022 at the Lemont VFW Post 5819 15780 New Ave., Lemont. Time to be announced.
