Robert D. “Bob”  Rice, 85, resident of Mayslake Village in Oak Brook, IL for the past five years, passed away March 14, 2021. Proud United States Army  Veteran. Loving friend for the past 5 years of Louise Lewandowski. Bob was the love of Louise’s life; beloved father of  Victoria (Christopher) Bourassa and father-in-law to Dawn Rice; devoted grandpa SpongeBob to Colin Roche, Maya and Logan Rice and Rylee and Sean Swaffar; dear brother of Richard Rice; fond uncle of Vanessa (James) Lewandowski and Heather Rice. Bob was an active resident of Mayslake. He was the treasurer of the Mayslake Men’s Club and a weekly participant at Bingo. He will be deeply missed by all. Funeral Mass Saturday March 20, 2021 at 11 A.M. at Our Lady’s Chapel at Mayslake Village, Oak Brook. Visitation from 10 A.M. till time of Funeral Mass. Interment private.
