Walter L. Krause, age 73, of Hickory Hills, at rest August 24, 2017 at Loyola Medical Center in Maywood. Proudly served his country in the United States Army from 1962-65. Beloved father of Tina (Mike) Pawlowski, Rick (Landa) Krause, Jeannie (Daniel) Brucker, and Angela (Greg) Tannehill; devoted grandfather of Amber and Ryan Doogan, Allen and Logan Krause, Candace Brucker, Tony and Kerry Taylor and Ali Krause; dearest great grandfather of Natalie, Lilian, Summer and Brantley; dear brother of Judy Mewes, Edward and Paul Krause; fond uncle of many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death his parents Walter Krause and Lucille nee Boeckmann Krause.
