It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Edward Senka Jr., 70, a beloved father, who peacefully left us. Edward, a lifelong resident of Chicago, IL, passed away surrounded by loved ones.

Edward was a dedicated and loving father to his two daughters; Valerie “Val” (Daniel) Ribaldo and Catherine “Catie” (Amanda nee Lewandowski) Senka and his son Scott (Anna nee Kawik) Senka. He was known for his warmth, kindness, and unwavering support. His family was the center of his world, and he found immense joy in spending time with those closest to him. Edward’s generous spirit, sense of humor, and wisdom touched the lives of everyone who knew him.

He was proud of his roots in Chicago and cherished the friendships he made throughout his life. Edward’s legacy will live on through his children and the many memories he leaves behind.

Edward had a passion for music. He was in a band growing up and continued to play the piano until he was unable to do so.
