Beloved husband of Nancy (nee Brockhoff); loving father of Ken (Kathy), Jeff (Jenny) and Debi (Dean) Lubbers; devoted grandfather of Tina (Ray Elm) Lubbers, Tom (Gretchen) Lubbers, Katy (Chris) Conway, Jessie (Anthony) Atkins, Jordan (Alexis) Thomas, Alex and Jay Thomas; dearest great grandfather of Avery Fitzharris, Emma and Lily Atkins, Violet and Rory Thomas and C.J. Conway. Russ loved being with is family and was especially proud of his grandchildren and great grandchildren. Russ had been a long time family friend of ours, and greatly appreciated his help and knowledge of cars when I needed my first car. He was always down to earth, caring man. He was a great loving person, husband, father and grandfather to his wife, kids, grandkids, and great grandkids. Always wanting to help out whenever possible, and give advice when needed. He will truly be missed by his wife, family, friends, and loved ones. May you rest in peace.
