Miriam was a valued member of our Lisle Community Band family for many years. I personally always looked forward to her playing with us for our summer season or the Lights of Lisle. Of course she still joined us for the July 4th parade even after she was not able to march. She just pulled up a chair and played along with the band as we played in place during the parade. The Lisle Community Band has made a donation to the American Diabetes Association in memory of Miriam Krause.
